WHAT I OFFER

I offer Counselling, Psychotherapy and Brainspotting.

Counselling and Psychotherapy are talking therapies, being truly listened to and heard can be impactful and healing. Therapy sessions allow you time to share your story and talk about your concerns in a confidential and non-judgemental space.

Counselling - listening and supporting you to access your own ability to come to terms with challenging life events.

Psychotherapy - exploring ingrained patterns of behaviour, feelings and thoughts to enable you to make positive changes in your life.

Brainspotting - based on the idea that where you look affects how you feel. Uses eye-gaze to help access unprocessed trauma in the brain.

I can help you with a range of issues, including:

WHAT TO EXPECT

I offer a free initial 15 minute telephone consultation which is an opportunity for us to discuss your needs and to see if we are a good fit. If you then decide you would like to proceed, we will agree a time and day for your sessions and I will ask you to sign a working agreement of our terms and conditions.

All sessions are confidential and only discussed with my supervisor(s) and other psychotherapy colleagues. An exception is made where a risk of harm to you or others is disclosed.

Any notes I take are anonymous and kept in locked drawer or password protected on a computer.

I offer in-person sessions in Rusthall, Tunbridge Wells in Kent and online sessions via Zoom, an online video conferencing service. When working on Zoom it is important that you choose a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be interrupted.
